Construction

� Four layers (steel + insulation + steel + composite overlay).
� 1-3/8" polystyrene insulation with thermal break for superior insulation value, 6.5 R-value.
� Heavy-duty 14-gauge steel hinges for long-lasting performance.
� High-cycle nylon rollers for quiet operation.
� Rust-proof, aluminum-bottom weatherseal retainer.
� Tongue and groove joints for superior weatherseal.
� Consult your IDEAL distributor for design availability.

Style and Finish

� Two design series, six models.
� Arched, square or rectangular windows and solid square or arched top section options available.
� Natural woodgrain texture.
� Hot-dipped galvanized steel base door finish painted in white.
� White custom composite overlay with coped edge.
� Can be painted using a high quality latex paint. Do not paint door or overlay in colors with an LRV (Light Reflective Value) less than 56.

Galvanized Spring
Corrosion-resistant, long-lasting springs offer up to 50% longer cycle life than industry standard springs.

Due to some height and weight restrictions, not all product offerings include galvanized springs. Extension springs do not include galvanized wire.
